Animation Taxi wants to be the only animation website where you can really get the information that you really want, without asking, not just a bunch of words but by visual example.
We will be posting up to date information on what the animation industry's are looking for concerning an animation bible.
Why do you need a professional looking Animation Bible?
The answer is simple, its is faster to read an Animation Bible than it is to look at an animation on a TV or computer screen, and those people at the top animation networks get hundreds of animation submissions, so leafing through a small book is much faster than looking at an animation.
Now once they look at your animation bible they just might look at your animation after words, that is if you have one.
An animation bible is the Genesis to Revelation and the Alpha and omega of your Animation. In other words you can put what ever you want to place in your Animation Bible concerning your animation
idea, its all up to you.
The first portion of your Bible should explain each character in great detail, don't leave any information out thinking that it may be to much,
First rule of thumb: its never too much information concerning the explanation of your Animation Bible.
Second rule of thumb: more visual and less words.
Don't get me wrong you have to have plenty of stuff to read explaining what your Animation Bible is all about but, just be careful and choose your words wisely, use clever words to make the animation acquisition person interested and want to read your Animation Bible.
After you explain every thing in great detail you must have a small version of your animation in the bible it self, kinda like a little comic book of your animation.
but make sure that you place that small comic book portion of your animation bible close to the end of your Animation Bible.
Remember, you must use a professional binder and a nice looking cover and you must remember not to over do the cover of your Animation bible, make it look simple and to the point.
Your animation Bible must look professional, with no tear drops, coffee stains or lip stick marks, and don't bend your Animation Bible or crease it.
